The quality of bottle pieces washed out by the factory is uneven. Is it just a question of whether the production equipment is advanced or not? Let's basically analyze:

1. The recycling cycle of plastic bottles should not be ignored.

First of all, the beverage factory or water plant, through the cleaning process of the waste recycling station of the consumer, gradually processes the bottle pieces that can be made into various products. In this process, the bottle turnover cycle also has a certain impact on the quality of the bottle pieces in the later stage. The fast turnover bottle caramel, label gum, fructose and other things are not attached strongly, especially the oil pot, which can be recycled It is easier to clean the oil pot with short collection cycle than that of the cycle plant, which is one reason why the downstream chemical fiber plant or other factories using bottle chips quote higher prices for bottle chips in the first tier cities than those in other cities.

2. It is an important part of bottle cleaning to distinguish the treatment environment of structural oil and non structural oil.

In addition to the caramel, label gum, fructose, etc. necessary for the production of beverages, the impurities contained in the waste bottles may also have vegetable oil, animal oil, dust, soil, pigment, pigment, etc. attached to the beverage bottles. Among them, caramel, fructose, floating oil, dust, soil, etc. belong to non structural dirt, while label glue, old grease, pigment, etc. belong to structural dirt.

3. Introduction to the cleaning of attachments

In alkaline environment, nonstructural dirt can be removed by general surfactants. However, at a certain temperature, waste bottle pieces are easy to saponify with alkali liquor, forming macromolecular branched chains, affecting the spinnability and fiber feel.

It is very difficult to remove the structural dirt only by general cleaning agent in alkaline environment. In order to peel the structural dirt off the waste bottle piece, there must be a surface carrier to make the surface penetrate to the substrate of the waste bottle piece in alkaline environment, so that the structural dirt can be peeled off.

That's why some big cleaning factories or chemical fiber factories use caustic soda and cleaning powder, not the same. Our company has not been advocating the use of Chaoyang brand cleaning powder to separate from the use of caustic soda, and now there is no successful breakthrough in the industry to separate from the use of caustic soda, friendly tip: the vast number of cleaning customers should not be used by some unscrupulous cleaning agent businesses to try their products without using caustic soda products as bait, causing damage to their product quality!

In order to achieve the ideal cleaning effect, the usual method is: reduce the amount of caustic soda properly, through the heating method, make the cleaning agent get enough to remove the oil, make the label glue in a comfortable state.

4. On the action principle of Chaoyang cleaning powder

The cleaning effect of Chaoyang brand detergent on the dirt is to remove all kinds of dirt on the surface of the waste bottle piece through infiltration, surface catalysis and hkqxo carrier resin. At the same time, under the carrying of carrier resin, the surface makes the dirt disperse in small groups in the water, so that the cleaning solution is easy to precipitate and filter.

To ensure that the bottle pieces do not turn yellow, clean the waste bottle pieces with detergent in alkaline environment under the glass transition temperature. When the soaking time reaches, the waste bottle pieces will be cleaned The structural dirt on the surface will become loose, and the cleaning powder can clean the waste bottle pieces in hot state, so the non structural dirt and structural dirt can be easily cleaned off. Moreover, the waste bottle pieces are not easy to be dyed and discolored.

In order to achieve the ideal effect of removing oil stain, disintegrating label glue and other structural dirt, it is necessary to grasp the five degrees of matching degree, temperature, uniformity, extrusion degree and cleaning degree of bottle cleaning above the critical concentration, so as to remove the dirt on the waste bottle.
